Description
This course is designed to help you learn about the purpose and process of constitution building. We will explore the role of constitutions in modern democracies, and the importance of the processes by which constitutions are made. We will look at some of the challenges faced in building constitutions in post-conflict countries. We will do this by considering some of the lessons learned from recent constitution-making processes.
